First Impressions of Oppo Find X2 Pro

Oppo Find X2 Pro

Oppo has long been on the market and is known for its F series and Reno smartphone series. The Find series had been released by the company in 2018. The Find X has a motorized module at the top to show the front and rear cameras that require a wide screen without the need of a notice. Finally, after a long break, Oppo adds new phones to this series. Compared to Find X, the new Oppo Find X2 and Opo Find X2 Pro are conservatively designed, but could the legacy be taken forward? I’ve had to go with the Find X2 Pro for a while and here are my first thoughts.

Oppo Find X2 Pro

The Oppo Find X2 Pro is obviously Oppo ‘s new flagship and looks like the part. This is well built and matched with trends today. The Find X2 Pro has a large curved sided display like the Oppo Find X (Review). The screen measures 6.7 centimeters and contains thin bezels, which give the device a screen / body ratio of 93.1 percent. Corning Gorilla Glass 6 is also used to withstand daily handling. No mechanical sliding board, and a miniscule hole for the 32 megapixel selfie shooter is being used this time by the smartphone. While I’m happy that I won’t have to worry about a jammed or broken sliding screen, this phone is not identical to its predecessor.

I like the curved design on the unit to fit into the thin metal frame. The telephone is heavy in your side as well. The power and volume buttons are placed on either side in the middle, so that you can reach them conveniently. The Oppo Find X2 Pro I found was quite heavy at 217 g. For the back panel of this device, Oppo has been using ceramic, which gives it another feeling. You will find a condensed circle design if you look at the design carefully. The back picks up smoke, but it’s not easily visible.

The module of the camera is not hidden as it was in Find X, but rather a little bit. There is a three-photo setup consisting of a widescreen camera of 48 megapixels with an f/1,7 aperture, an ultra-large camera of 48 megapixels with an f/2,2 aperture, and a telephoto camera with 13megapixels, which has a 10x hybrid zoom and a 60x digital zoom system. After the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra re 97,900 (Review) checked recently, I’m not sure what the Oppo Find X2 Pro can be expecting.

Oppo opted for a QHD+ display (3168×1440 pixels), which even with that resolution has a refresh rate of 120Hz. The panel has outstanding luminosity and outstanding viewing angles. Oppo has auto-determined resolution and screen resolution which allows the telephone to switch between QHD+ and FHD+, as well as between 60 and 120Hz to save power. Users can select from the multiple configurations and refresh rates manually if you prefer.

MEMCs, including OnePlus 8 Pro which we have recently listed are available. All this makes it appear comfortable on the display but only limits full HD+ resolution. The Find X2 Pro also has not so commonly used stereo speakers. These contributed to enhancing the quality of video sharing and even enhanced games.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC is powered by the Oppo Find X2 Pro. It is coupled with RAMs 12 GB and storage 512 GB. You can not expand your storage, but I’m not complaining with 512 GB out of the box. It did not indicate signs of delay during my time with this device and it was a real chore. In Google Play, the Oppo Find X2 Pro can handle any game and device.

ColorOS 7.1 on Android 10 is running the Oppo Find X2 App. The April security patch was run by our team, which is not the latest. There are several apps preinstalled on the device, but none during my short run with the device were spammy. The user interface is clean and simple to use, so I have no problem with the right configuration. It supports Android characteristics including digital health, dark mode and touch navigation.

Find X2 Pro batteries with a maximum capacity of 4260mAh in two 2130-mAh batteries. Oppo could have preferred to pack them in the Find X2 Pro more effectively. The 65W bundled loader is what I like most about Find X2 Pro. When I tested the iQoo 3 (Review), I used a similar loader. Loading is absurdly quick and Oppo reports 0-100 percent for the Find X2 Pro for 38-minute charge time. Oppo released the Find X2 in India for Rs. 64,990 but the Find X2 Pro in India has not yet disclosed pricing and availability. I expect the price to be higher than Rs. 75,000, which is tied to Samsung S20 + and Edge+ Galaxy.
